摘要
以乳化萃取实验方法研究了高纯磷脂的提取,利用最小二乘法建立了数学模型,分析了提取温度、提取时间、搅拌速度、溶质-溶剂用量比、提取次数等影响因素,用确定最佳工艺参数为:转数6000rpm,时间10分钟,磷脂-溶剂比1:5,提取次数4次,所得磷脂纯度为98.8%。
Emulsion Extraction method was adopted to research the extraction experiment of super-purity soybean phosphatide. The mathematic eqation was achieved by regression analysis. Main effect factors, including extracting temperature, extracting time, stirring rate, ratio of solute and solvent, extracting times, were analyzed. Optimum parameters: stirring 10 minute under 6000rpm, the ratio of phosphatide and solvent is 1:5, extracting 4 times, phosphatide purity is 98.8%.
