摘要
阐述了电涡流传感器的工作原理,研制了一种基于C8051F300单片机的焊接专用电涡流测距传感器,提出了一种温度、电压和距离补偿技术,采用温度、距离的离散化、设立基准点的方式进行标定,同时由于实验标定时被测对象和焊接应用时被测对象的材料、尺寸、表面粗糙度、形状完全相同。实验结果表明,研制的电涡流测距传感器和温度、电压、距离补偿技术可以提高焊接时测量距离的精度。
This paper describes the working principle of eddy current sensor,developes a welding eddy current ranging sensor based on the C8051F300 single-chip microcontroller.Present a compensation technology about temperature,voltage and distance.Use temperature,distance discretization,a reference point to calibrate.Because the measured object material,dimension,surface roughness,exactly the same shape,the experimental results show that the welding eddy current ranging sensor and temperature,voltage,distance compensation technology can improve the accuracy of the distance measurements.
