摘要
目的:观察舒适护理对妇产科手术患者舒适度的影响。方法:将300例妇产科手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各150例。2组均给予健康教育、监测病情、心理安慰等妇产科手术常规护理措措,观察组同时根据舒适护理的内涵,从术前、术中、术后等3个方面给予舒适护理。观察2组患者社会舒适、心理舒适、环境舒适、生理舒适评分。结果:观察组社会舒适、心理舒适、环境舒适、生理舒适评分均高于对照组,2组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对妇产科手相患者进行舒适护理,可以提升护理质理,改善患者的舒适度。
Objective： To observe the effects of comfort care on the comfort of operation patients in gynecology and obstetrics department. Method：All 300 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group. Both groups received routine nursing measures such as health education, disease monitoring, psychological comfort and the observation group psychological comfort before surgery, in the surgery and after surgery. Scales of social comfort, psychological comfort, environmental comfort and physiological comfort of the patients in both groups were observed. Result：The observation group was higher than the control group in the scales of social comfort, psychological comfort, environmental comfort and physiological comfort, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Comfort care for operation patients in gynecology and obstetrics department could improve nursing quality and the patients＇ comfort.
