摘要
目的探讨舒适护理在支原体肺炎患儿中的应用价值。方法选取2013年4月至2015年7月齐齐哈尔市中医医院收治的80例支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组患儿给予常规护理,观察组患儿在对照组基础上实施舒适护理,比较两组患儿的退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、啰音消失时间、住院时间及护理满意度。结果观察组患儿的退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、啰音消失时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患儿的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对支原体肺炎患儿实施舒适护理,可有效改善患儿临床症状,缩短住院时间,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application value of comfortable nursing in children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods From April 2013 to July 2015 in Qigihar City Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine treated 80 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia as the research object,randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each.Children in the control group were given routine nursing care,observation group of children in the control group on the basis of implement comfortable nursing,compared two groups of children with fever,cough disappeared time,rales disappearance time,hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction.Results Observation group of children with fever,cough disappeared time,rales disappearance time and hospital stay were significantly shorter than that of the control group,differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the observation group with the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of comfortable nursing for children with mycoplasma pneumonia can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,shorten the length of stay,improve nursing satisfaction.
