摘要 TGF-β/Smads信号传导通路与微小RNA之间具有广泛的相互作用。TGF-β/Smads信号传导通路在microRNA基因的表观遗传学、转录及转录后加工等过程都具有调控作用;而microRNA也从转录后水平抑制TGF-β/Smads信号传导通路的相关基因表达。二者的相互关系与人类多种疾病包括组织纤维化、瘢痕愈合和肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。 TGF-β/Smads pathway has a wide range of interactions with microRNAs. It plays important role in the control of gene epigenetics, transcription and post-transcriptional processing of microRNAs; while also at the post- transcriptional level microRNAs inhibit TGF-β/Smads pathway related genes expression. There is significant rela- tionship with a variety of human diseases, including tissue fibrosis, scar healing and tumor.
