摘要 Jacalin类凝集素(jacalin-related lectins,JRLs)是植物凝集素超家族中的一个新家族。最近,JRLs因能响应生物或非生物胁迫刺激以及参与植物生长发育等内源功能而成为研究的热点。这类凝集素与经典凝集素在蛋白丰度、环境因子对基因的表达影响和亚细胞定位上有明显区别。本文概述了JRLs的类型、蛋白加工、亚基基本结构以及各种生物学功能,最后对JRLs有待研究的问题做了展望。 Jacalin-related lectins(JRLs) belong to the lectin superfamily.Plant JRLs have achieved more and more attention because of their association with growth and development related-endogenous roles and adaptation to environments,particularly with biotic and abiotic stress responses.They are distinguished from classical plant lectins by their protein abundant,the influences of external factors on gene expression and subcellular localization.This review summarize the types,processing,basic structure of subunit,and functions of JRLs.An outlook of future researches on plant JRLs was provided.
