摘要
研究了AZ31镁合金挤压板材的显微组织、力学性能和耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:AZ31合金经挤压变形可以获得均匀的再结晶组织,其力学性能和耐腐蚀性能得到了较大的提高;挤压板材基面择优取向明显,其力学性能亦表现出明显的各向异性,其中挤压(ED)方向的强度较高、伸长率较低,而与ED呈45°方向的伸长率较高、强度较低;板材各截面的耐腐蚀性能与基面择优取向密切相关,基面择优取向越明显,其耐腐蚀性能越好。
The microstructure, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of extruded AZ31 magnesium alloy sheets were investigated. The results show that homogeneous dynamic recrystallization (DRX) grains formed after extrusion, and both mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the sheets were improved. However, obvious basal plane preferred orientation appeared in the extruded sheet, resulting in mechanical anisotropy. "]?he samples in the extruded direction (ED) showed higher strength but lower elongation, while the samples in the direction 45° to ED showed lower strength but higher elongation. Moreover, the corrosion resistance was also closely related to the preferred orientation. The more obvious the preferred orientation on the basal plane, the better the corrosion resistance.
