摘要
从生产6061-T6511铝合金大规格挤压板材晶粒粗大、力学性能不达标入手,分析了其缺陷产生及力学性能不合格的原因,提出了相应的解决措施,满足了生产的需要。
In production of 6061-T6511 alloy large-size extrusion plates,the grain was coarse and the mechanical performance couldn t attain the required standards.In view of the problem,this thesis analyzed the causes for defects and unqualified mechanical performance,proposed corresponding solutions and measures,meeting the need of production.
