摘要
高校课程互选、学分互认的健康、可持续发展离不开教育政策的支持和保障。本文从组织、内容和过程三个维度,对从互联网获取的3个层级(国家、地方和教育组织)49个相关政策文件全本进行了量的统计和质的分析,梳理了当前我国高校课程互选、学分互认的政策现状以及存在问题,并对相关政策的未来发展完善提出了若干建议,以期推动国内高校课程互选、学分互认工作的积极开展。
Adequate policy support is the key to realizing courses inter-selection and credits mutual recognition between universities,which is conducive to their sustainable devlopment.49 documents of national and local governments and educational institutions were retrieved from the internet,and were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively in dimensions of their organizations,contents and processes.The current situation of the policy was studied,and existing problems were revealed.For its betterment,suggestions were put forward.
