摘要
根据机械去毛刺系统的功能需要,基于Altera公司的CYCLONE II系列FPGA器件,利用Verilog HDL硬件描述语言在Quartus II 9.0开发环境下,实现了去毛刺机的组控制系统。组控制系统包含时钟细分模块、地址选择模块、子系统模块;子系统模块含有时钟模块、控制模块和加工信号检测模块等模块;具有响应速度快、加工平稳等特点,提高了加工质量和生产效率;各模块有较好的可移植性和可适用性。经过时序仿真,验证了设计的可行性。
According to the functional requirements in the mechanical deburring system,Using Verilog HDL hardw are description language to implement the function of group control system in mechanical deburring machine,based on FPGA chip of Altera company CYCLONE II series.Group control system contains clock subdivision module,address selection module,and subsystem module.Subsystem module includes clock module,control module,and processing signal detection module,etc;Group control system has the Characteristics of high response speed and smooth processing,etc,to improve the processing quality and production efficiency;There are better portability and applicability of every module.Design is proved feasiblly through the timing simulation.
