摘要
通过Stber法制得了纳米SiO2粒子,并对其进行表面改性,使之具有合适的表面润湿性。以该SiO2粉体为稳定剂构建了苯乙烯/水Pickering乳液并引发油相中的苯乙烯单体聚合,制得了核壳结构聚苯乙烯/SiO2复合微球。通过SEM对微球形貌进行表征,证实纳米SiO2确实在聚苯乙烯核表面形成了紧密包覆。探讨了复合微球的形成机理,研究了水相成核对复合微球形貌的影响。结果表明:水相成核的抑制对微球的分散性有很大影响,在水相中加入阻聚剂并提高纳米SiO2的浓度有助于提高聚苯乙烯/SiO2复合微球的分散性。
Nano-SiO2 was obtained from tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)by St6ber method and modified then. Subsequently polystyrene/SiO2 microspheres were fabricated via pickering emulsion polymerization and the effect of nuclei mechanism was discussed. The result showed that with increasing nano SiO2 concentrations, the size of SiO2/polystyrene microspheres was decreased and was more dispersive due to the suppression of aqueous polymerization. Inhibitor used in aqueous phase was also propitious to the formation of dispersive microspheres.
