摘要
采用阴离子可聚合乳化剂(烯丙氧基壬基苯氧基丙醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵)和非离子可聚合乳化剂(聚氧乙烯醚马来酸单十二酯)组成的复合可聚合乳化剂制备出性能优异的无皂丁腈橡胶。结果表明,聚氧乙烯醚马来酸单十二酯的引入可以显著改善NBR的性能,一方面可以提高拉伸强度,另一方面既可提高耐热性又可提高耐寒性。综合考虑,聚氧乙烯醚马来酸单十二酯用量占复合可聚合乳化剂总量的15%时,丁腈橡胶具有较佳性能。
The soap-free acrylonitrile butadiene rubber with excellent performance was prepared using polymerizable composite emulsifier composed of anionic polymefizable emulsifier(allyloxy nonylphenoxy propanol polyoxyethylene ether ammonium sulfate)and nonionic polymerizable emulsifier(polyoxyethylene ether rnaleie acid mono-dodecyl ester). The experiment results indicated that the performance of the NBR was significantly improved by adding polyoxyethylene ether maleic acid mono-dodecyl ester, on the one hand, which can improve the tensile strength of the NBR, on the other hand, which can improve not only the heat resist- ance but also the cold resistance of the NBR. To sum up, when the amount of polyoxyethylene ether maleic acid mono-dodecyl ester was the 15 ~ of the total composite polymerizable emulsifier, the NBR had a better performance.
