老年人胃食管反流病的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 胃食管反流病(GERD)依据内镜下表现的不同可分为反流性食管炎(RE)、非糜烂性反流病(NERD)、Barrett食管.GERD是老年人较常见的慢性疾病之一.老年人由于食管结构和功能的改变,使GERD的发病率增加,并随着年龄的增长而上升[1].据估计,有5%~7%的老年人每天发作与GERD相关的胃灼热痛(烧心)或反酸症状,每w有症状者10%~14%,每个月高达15% ~44%[2].现就老年人GERD的流行病学、病因学、临床表现、诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗等方面综述如下.
