摘要
目的观察清热健脾法治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(central serous chorioretinopathy,CSC)的临床疗效。方法回顾性病例研究。2012年8月至2013年7月就诊的CSC患者26例(26只眼),病程3 d^2年,包括复发性CSC 8例(8只眼)。主要予口服清热健脾中药治疗,平均疗程5周,结合OCT检查评价治疗效果。结果 26例(26只眼)中,口服中药治疗4周时治愈22例(22只眼),好转4例(4只眼),治愈率84.6%(22/26)。口服中药最长时间为7周,所有患眼视力均提高,OCT显示病灶区神经上皮脱离完全恢复。停药后6例患者随访2~3个月,其中1例患者停药2周时对侧眼出现新发的CSC。结论清热健脾中药对CSC治疗有效。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical effect of Qingre Jianpi formulae on the treatment of central serous ehorioretinopathy （CSC）. METHODS A retrospective study was carried out at Eye Hospital, China academy of Chinese Medical Sciences. Totally, a cohort of twenty-six patients （26 eyes） diagnosed as CSC, including eight recurrent CSC, were enrolled from August 2012 to July 2013. All the patients were given Qingre Jianpi formulae daily, and the mean course of treatment was up to five weeks. Macular structure was examined with optical coherence tomography （OCT）. RESULTS Of the 26 eyes with CSC, 22 eyes exhibited recovery and 4 eyes showed improvement after four weeks treatment. The effective rate and recovery rate was up to 84.6% （22/26）. The improvement of the best-corrected visual acuity according to Snellen charts as well as the recovery of the macular structure examined by OCT was achieved in all patients enrolled in this study. After the treatment, 6 patients completed the 2-3 months follow-up, and only 1 patient showed CSC in the contralateral eye in the second week after the treatment. CONCLUSIONS To some extent, adopting Qingre Jianpi formulae, which was confirmed safety, was an effective way in the treatment of CSC.
