摘要
目的观察丹芎明目片治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法将符合中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变诊断标准的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组口服丹芎明目片,对照组口服维生素C片500 mg、维生素E胶囊100 mg、芦丁片20 mg等治疗。将完成全程治疗和随访的患者,按纳入标准纳入统计分析。结果随访1年,治疗组53眼,显效29眼,有效19眼,无效5眼,总有效率为90.57%。对照组50眼,显效9眼,有效25眼,无效16眼,总有效率为68.00%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹芎明目片治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变,能有效地缓解病情,防止复发,改善视功能,提高视力。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Danxiong Mingmu tablets in the treatment of centrat serous chorioretinopathy. Methods The patients who met the diagnostic criteria of central serous chorioretinopathy were ran- domly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given oral Danxiong Mingmu tablets, and the control group was given treatment such as oral vitamin C tablets 500 mg, vitamin E capsules 100 mg and rutin tablets 20 mg and so on. The patients who completed the whole treatment and follow-up were included in the statistical analysis according to the inclusion criteria. Results The patients were compared in one-year follow-up. There were 29 eyes of significant efficiency, 19 effective eyes and 5 invalid eyes in the treatment group of 53 eyes, with the total effective rate of 90.57%. In the control group of 50 eyes, there were 9 eyes of significant efficiency, 25 effective eyes and 16 invalid eyes, with the total effective rate of 68.00%. And the difference was extremely significant（P〈0.05）. Con- clusion Danxiong Mingmu tablets for the treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy can effectively alleviate the condition, prevent recurrence, improve visual function and visual acuity.
