摘要
利用MATLAB软件算出正交面齿轮的理论齿面数据点,然后通过Pm/E三维造型软件把面齿轮的几何模型绘出及装配出整个面齿轮副,求出了面齿轮理论接触点坐标,实现了面齿轮接触轨迹的可视化,同时,以赫兹理论为基础,首先通过单对齿的接触分析确定了有限元求解收敛情况下的网格密度,然后研究了多对齿接触情况下的接触斑点;并且通过仿真分析研究了面齿轮在不同工况下的传动误差,得出结论,在设定的三种不同工况载荷下,面齿轮承受转矩载荷越大,传动误差越大,转速对面齿轮传动误差几乎没有影响,当面齿轮有0.02。轴交角安装误差的情况下,面齿轮的传动误差幅值是没有安装误差情况下幅值大小的2.0~2.3倍。
By using MATLAB software to calculate the theory tooth surface data points of orthogonal face gear, then using 3D modeling software Pro/E, the geometric model of the face gear is established, the face gear pair and the coordinate of the face gear's theoretical contact patterns are got, and the visualization of face gear contact trajectory is realized. By single - gear pair contact analysis and based on the Hertz theory, the mesh density of finite element solver in convergence case is got and then contact patterns with multi - gear pairs is studied. The face gear transmission error in different conditions is studied by theoretical method and through simulation analysis. Then, a conclusion that in a set of three different load cases, the greater the torque load is applied to the face gear, the greater the transmission er- ror there is, but the speed of face gear almost has no effect on the gear transmission error is obtained. When the face gear is installed with shaft angle of 0. 02°, its transmission error magnitude will be 2.0 - 2.3 times bigger compared with installed without any error.
