摘要 基于面齿轮啮合理论和面齿轮坐标转换关系建立了面齿轮齿面数学模型,分析了面齿轮齿面上任一点的法线向量;基于该模型研究了在采用坐标测量机测量面齿轮齿面误差时由于测量坐标系和面齿轮设计坐标系不重合造成的误差,同时分析了坐标测量机测头直径对测量误差的影响;提出了误差补偿公式,为面齿轮的坐标测量奠定了理论基础. The analytical geometry of a face gear and the mathematical model for face gear error analysis are established based on the face gear generation process.The normal vector of each point on the surface of the face gear is also obtained.The error caused by the coordinate disunity of the face gear and the CMM is analyzed.The datum of the point measured on the surface of the face gear is not the inspection datum of the center of the probe.A corresponding equation is put forward to compensate for the error caused by the disunity of the measured point and the center of the probe.
