摘要
目的观察普济消毒饮加味联合西药治疗风热毒蕴型眼部带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法将70例眼部带状疱疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上予普济消毒饮加味内服。结果治疗组痊愈率为94.3%,对照组为77.1%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者的平均治愈时间亦明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论常规西药治疗的基础上内服普济消毒饮加味治疗风热毒蕴型眼部带状疱疹疗效确切,优于单纯西药治疗。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of modified Puji Xiaodu Decoc- tion combined with Western Medicine on wind heat poison accumulating type herpes zoster oph- thalmicus. Methods 70 patients with herpes zoster ophthalmicus were randomly divided into treat- ment group and control group with 35 cases in each group. All patients were given the conventional Western Medicine treatment plus modified Puji Xiaodu Decoction was given to the treatment group. Results The curative rate in treatment group （94.3%） was significantly superior to that of control group（77.1%）; the difference has statistic significance（P〈0.05）. The average healing time of treatment group was obviously shorter than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The modified Puji Xiaodu Decoction combined with Western Medicine is clinical effective in treating wind heat poison accumulating type herpes zoster ophthalmicus and is superior to conventional Western Medicine treatment.
