摘要
[目的]观察普济消毒饮对小鼠免疫功能的影响。[方法]NIH小鼠30只随机分成正常对照组、普济消毒饮低剂量组 (2.9 g／kg)和普济消毒饮高剂量组(11.6g/kg),各组分别按设计剂量灌胃给药,正常对照组给予等客积生理盐水,连续 7 d后处死,检测小鼠脾细胞白细胞介素2(IL-2)生成能力、自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性和脾细胞增殖能力。[结果]普济消 毒饮能增强NK细胞活性和IL-2生成能力,促进脾淋巴细胞增殖,与正常对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05或P< 0.01)。[结论]普济消毒饮能提高小鼠机体免疫功能。
[Objective] To observe the effect of Puji Xiaodu Decoction (PXD) on immune function in mice. [Methods] Thirty NIH mice were randomized into three groups. Group A was treated with normal saline, group B with 2.9 g/kg PXD and group C with 11.6 g/kg PXD for 7 days. After treatment, interleukin 2 (IL-2) production and natural killer cell (NK) activity in splenocytes and lymphocyte proliferation in the spleen were detected. [Results] PXD increased the NK activity and IL-2 production, and promoted the proliferation of splenic lymphocyte, the difference being significant as compared with group A ( P < 0.05 or P<0.01). [Conclusion] PXD can promote the immune function in mice.
