摘要
本文通过采用不同可控气氛渗氮工艺,研究了不同工艺参数对38CrMoAl深孔类零件中孔处渗氮层的影响。研究结果表明,采用适当的温度、氨气比率、氮势值等参数配比,深孔零件可以获得较好的渗氮层质量。
In this paper, the influence of different processing parameters on the nitride layer in the deep- hole part has been investigated by different controllable atmosphere nitriding technology. The experimental results show that through setting the appropriate parameters, such as temperature, amount of dissociated ammonia, nitrogen potential, a good quality of the nitride layer in the deep-hole part can be obtained.
