摘要
通过多年的生产实践,分析、归纳、总结出合适的气体渗氮工艺,指出影响其效果的四要素,即温度、时间、氨分解率、炉压。笔者认为,在温度和氨分解率一定的情况下炉压是决定气体渗氮成败的关键因素。
The nitriding process have been summarized after many years practice, analyse and generalization. There are four factors can affect the nitriding results, they are temperature, time, decomposition rate of ammonia and furnace pressure. Among the four factors, the furnace pressure is crucial when the temperature and decomposition rate of ammonia are fixed in a certain level.
