摘要
本文通过对南阳鸭河口发电有限责任公司二期600MW火电机组原煤仓频繁断煤问题的分析探讨,详细介绍了回转壁式煤仓清堵装置的原理结构和运行性能。实践证明该设备在燃煤电厂中取得了较好的使用效果,能有效改善原煤仓频繁断煤问题,保证机组运行安全性和经济性。
The original coal bunker frequently fault coal problem based on the 600MW power unit of Nanyang Yahekou power-generation Co. Ltd was analyzed and discussed in the paper.The principle structure and operation performance of Rotating wall coal cleaning device was detailed.The application proved that this equipment have achieved good using effect in the coal-fired power plants and effectively improved the original coal frequently broken problem.The safty and economy of unit operation was ensured by this device.
