摘要
对贮煤塔积料的成因从几个方面进行了详细地分析,并就最终选择使用超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)作为贮煤塔的衬里来解决贮煤塔积料问题进行了陈述。还对超高分子量聚乙烯材料的摩擦特性、磨损率、冲击强度进行了介绍,对现场安装UHMWPE的质量控制以及对安装了超高分子量聚乙烯的贮煤塔使用情况进行了跟踪调查。
Analyses the cause of the coal deposit in the comer of the bunker hopper and introduce the UHMWPE as an ideal material used as liner of bunker hopper for its good performances in friction and anti - abrasion. The method to how to control the quality in fixing also has been mentioned. The report about the result in utilization of UHMWPE as liner of bunker hopper has been given.
