摘要
利用热重分析技术考察了不同升温速率下棕榈壳的热解特性及其特征参数。实验结果表明,棕榈壳的热解过程分为3个阶段,主热解段在150-500℃,热解初始温度、终了温度和最大失重速率均随升温速率增加而增大。采用Flynn-Wall-Ozawa法对热解过程进行了动力学参数拟合,发现棕榈壳热解活化能在220-320kJ/mol。应用Malek法确定了棕榈壳热解的机理函数,发现其满足Ginstling-Brounshtein方程,反应机理是三维扩散模型。
The pyrolysis characteristics of oil palm shell have been investigated by the thermogravimetric analyzer at different heating rates.The experimental results showed that the pyrolysis process of oil palm shell undergoes three stages with the main pyrolysis section between 150and 500℃.The initial temperature,final temperature and the maximum rate of mass loss rise with the increase of heating rate.It is found that activation energy varies from 220-320kJ/mol by the Flynn-Wall-Ozawa method.It is determined using the Malek method that the pyrolysis process of oil palm shell satisfies the Ginstling-Brounshtein equation,indicating that the pyrolysis mechanism of oil palm shell is of three-dimensional diffusion model.
