摘要
采用刚果红法和热烘箱法研究了CaSt2和ZnSt2及其按不同比例混合的混合物对PVC热稳定性能的影响,采用热重分析技术考察了PVC在180℃条件下恒温1h的热损失变化情况和在20℃/min等速升温速率下30-500℃范围内的热损失情况。热稳定实验结果表明:CaSt2有利于延长PVC的长期热稳定时间,但不利于其初期着色性;ZnSt2有利于PVC的初期着色性,但不利于其长期热稳定性。热重分析结果表明:这种现象的出现是因为CaSt2有效降低了PVC脱HCI的速率,而ZnSt2加速了PVC脱HCl反应的发生。
Influences of CaSt2, ZnSt2 and the mixture of CaSt2 and ZnSt2 on the heat stability of PVC were investigated by Congo red method and oven test. The heat degration of PVC at 180℃ for 1 hour was investigated by thermogravimetry analysis was evaluated as well as the heat degration of PVC from 30 to 500 ℃ at a heating rate of 20 ℃/min. The results showed that :(1)CaSt2 gave rise to the long stabilization effect, but was unfavorable for the early color change. (2)ZnSt2 gave rise to the early color change, but was unfavorable for the long satbilization effect. Reasons for these phenomena were proved by thermogravimetry analysis: CaSt2 effectively reduced the dehydrochlorination rate of PVC, but ZnSt2 accelerated this reaction.
