摘要
高职院校教师下企业是"双师型"教师培养的必然要求。教师个人、高职院校、相关企业和政府部门在教师下企业制度执行过程中面临不少实际难题,较大地影响了"双师型"教师培养,为此,必须从高职院校人事制度改革、政府部门财政税收鼓励政策的制订和实施、以及校企深度融合等方面促进教师下企业锻炼,以实现"双师型"教师培养目标。
The teachers in higher vocational colleges who are coming to enterprises are inevitable requirement of double professional teachers training. Individual teachers, higher vocational colleges, enterprises and government departments face many practical problems under teacher＇s execution of enterprise system, which greatly affects the cultivation of double qualified teachers, therefore, we must promote the teachers to take part in the enterprises production in order to realize the cultivating objectives from the following aspects, such as the reform of the personnel system in higher vocational colleges, the formulation and implementation of the government fiscal tax incentive policy, as well as the integration of schools and enterprises.
