摘要
目的探究某电镀厂对周边作物和家禽铬富集的影响。方法 2011—2012年连续2年对北京市怀柔区某电镀厂周边1.5 km范围内的作物及家禽进行取样,对其铬含量采用石墨炉原子吸收法进行测定。结果大部分花生样品检测出的结果都小于报告限(0.025 mg/kg)。玉米样品中铬含量在0.03~0.43 mg/kg之间。白菜和萝卜样品2011—2012年检测结果表明铬含量均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且铬含量要比花生、玉米高。样品鸡肉中铬含量最高为0.09 mg/kg。结论该电镀厂对其周边种植的花生无显著影响,但会使其周边种植的叶菜类的白菜和根茎类的萝卜富集含量较高的铬,需要引起足够的重视。
[ Objective] To investigate the influence of electroplating factory which using chromium as raw material to the crops and poultry around them. [ Methods ] From 2011-2012, one electroplating factory located in Huairou District was selected for study, crops and chickens which within the range of 1.5 kilometers of this factory were sampled. The chromium contents of these samples were measured by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. [ Results] The chromium contents of most peanut samples were less than the reporting limit of 0.025 mg/kg. Chromium content of corn samples was between 0.03- 0.43 mg/kg. The results of cabbage and radish were significantly higher than the control group in 2011-2012 ( P 〈 0.01 ), and also had much higher chromium content than the peanuts and corns samples. Chicken samples were detected very low chromium content, the maximum was up to 0. 09 mg/kg. [ Conclusion] No significant chromium effect of the electroplating factory to peanuts planted around it. But it can enrich chromium in surrounding leafy cabbage and radish tubers which should attract enough attentions.
