摘要
在分析学科馆员内涵、特征和激励机制现状及存在问题的基础上,提出对学科馆员的激励应以需求为导向的观点,并构建科学、合理、可行的个性化激励机制,旨在调动学科馆员的工作积极性和创造性,促进图书馆事业的发展。
Based on an analysis of the connotation and the characteristic of subject librarians as well as the current situation and the existing problems of the incentive mechanism, the present article argues that incentives for subject librarians should be demand - oriented and that a scientific, reasonable and feasible incentive mechanism should be constructed so as to mobilize their initiatives and improve their creativity, thus promoting the library undertaking.
