摘要
针对某乘用车在前期道路试验中出现的前副车架钣金开裂问题,基于前副车架的有限元强度分析进行了结构优化,通过仿真分析确定了最终的结构优化措施,并通过了多轮道路耐久试验的验证,比较科学及合理地解决了前副车架钣金开裂问题。
Aiming at the problem of metal plate crack appeared in road durability test on earl test (ET) phase of the passenger vehicle front sub-frame, based on the finite element analysis ( FEA ) of intensity, the structure of the front sub-frame was optimized. Through the simulation and analysis, the final way to optimize the structure was found out. It is validated by going through the multi-wheel road test, and then the problem of metal crack of front sub-frame is solved scientifically and reasonably.
