摘要
文章通过对新型金刚石链锯的运转特点分析,对其链条的磨损规律与寿命进行探讨计算。初步探究了链锯链条的磨损规律并获得了切实可行的链条寿命计算方法。进而通过节块与链条磨损实验对链条使用寿进行计算,并进一步计算其锯切成本评估该工具经济效益。
In this paper, the wear rules and service life of the chain are discussed and calcu- lated by analyzing the operation characteristics of new diamond chain saw. It preliminary explores the wear regularity of the chain and acquires the practical calculation method of the service life of the chain. Then through the wear experiments between the chain block and the chain, the chain＇s service life and the sawing cost has been calculated to evaluate the tool＇s economic benefit.
