摘要
以提升中小企业融资竞争力的视角和"绿色金融"的理念,参照平衡计分卡评价体系和金融机构对中小企业信用评级指标体系,基于再利用逆向供应链绩效理论,引入梯形模糊有序加权平均算子(TFOWA)估值,构建了中小企业再利用逆向供应链绩效的TFOWA评价模型。旨在通过定量分析,使中小企业合理评价和选择其融资方案,降低融资风险,不断提升融资竞争力。实例分析验证了该模型的可行性与有效性。
The paper structures TFOWA evaluation model for re-use reverse supply chain to raise SME financing competitiveness from the perspective of Green Financing, using the BSC＇s evaluation system and SME credit rating index system among financial institutions, and following the theory of performance evaluation on re-use reverse supply chain. By using quantitative analysis, SME can make smart evaluation and selection of financing plans to reduce financing risks, and improve the financial competitiveness. Real-world cases prove that it is applicable and effective.
