摘要
本文根据最新企业财务管理通则，构造企业债券信用评级指标体系，并采用神经网络方法，对江苏省４家企业债券进行评级，结果表明该方法具有较好的操作性和可行性。
Constructs a bond rating system, for enter prise according to the new enterprise financial administration rules. The neural network method is adopt to evaluate the grade index of four enterprises bond credits.Experimental result shows this method to have better operational reliability and feasibility.
