摘要
从党的十七届六中全会提出"文化命题"的中心议题到党的十八大提出"扎实推进社会主义文化强国建设",我国文化改革发展的新号角已经吹响。作为重要宣传阵地,在顺应经济社会发展要求、紧跟时代文化发展潮流和满足人民精神文化需求等方面,高校在文化传承创新中具有不可推卸的责任担当。
From the central topic--＂ cultural proposition＂which was put forward on the 6th plenary session of the 17th party central committee to the demand--＂ steadily promoting socialist cultural power construction＂ which was put forward on the Communist Party＇s 18th national congress,our country＇s new homs of the reform and de- velopment of culture have sounded. Colleges and universities are important ideological front of communicating so- cialism advanced culture and training the builder of socialism advanced culture. Colleges and universities also have inescapable responsibilities in the following aspects：conforming to the economic and social development, keeping up with the current cultural development trend, and meeting people＇s Spiritual cultual needs.
