摘要
目的探讨Smac在结肠腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用组织芯片、免疫组织化学S-P法检测经病理确诊的59例结肠腺癌组织及10例相应癌旁正常组织中Smac蛋白的表达水平。结果 Smac蛋白在结肠腺癌组织、相应癌旁正常组织中的表达率分别为66.10%(39/59)、100.00%(10/10),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2)Smac蛋白在结肠腺癌组织中的表达与肿瘤组织的分化程度、淋巴结转移有关(P均<0.05)。结论 Smac蛋白在结肠癌组织中低表达,在结肠腺癌的发生、发展以及结肠腺癌的淋巴结转移中可能起重要的作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of Smac in the tissues of adenocarcinoma of colon and the clinical significance. Methods Tissue chip method and immune histochemistry S-P method were used to detect the expression of Smac in the 59 cases of colon adenocarcinoma tissues and the 10 cases of colon normal mucosa tis- sues. Results In the 59 cases of adenocarcinoma of colon and 10 cases of colon normal mucosa tissues, the posi- tive expression rate of Smac was 66.10% (39/59) and 100.00% (10/10) respectively (P 〈 0.05). The expres- sion of Smac in the adenocarcinoma of colon was related to pathological grade and lymph node metastasis ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The low expression of Smac is an important factor in the development of adenocarcinoma of co- lon and the lymph node metastasis of adenocarcinoma of colon.
