分泌蛋白质组学在肿瘤标志物研究中的进展 被引量：2

摘要 肿瘤细胞代谢过程中能够分泌蛋白质,分泌蛋白质组学已成为肿瘤标志物筛选的重要手段。分泌蛋白在肿瘤的早期诊断、进展监测、寻找潜在的肿瘤药物靶点中发挥着重要作用。本文就分泌蛋白质组学相关技术及其在临床中的应用进展做一综述。
