摘要
针对普通超声波存在发生器和换能器参数不匹配,使超声波输出功率衰减,清洗效果受到影响的问题,设计了一种专门用于钢丝、钢丝绳清洗的自适应超声波清洗机。该清洗机对超声波换能器进行动态参数跟踪,根据采集的反馈电压和电流相位进行运算处理,调整超声波电源输出频率,使谐振电感和换能器达到一个新的动态匹配谐振。实践表明,自适应超声波清洗机输出功率达到额定功率的96.8%,清洗效果较好。
Abstract To design a typical self-adaption ultrasonic cleaner for steel wire and rope' s cleaning as to normal ultrasonic generator and transducer' s parameters mismatch which makes ultrasonic output power damping and affects clean effect. The cleaner traces ultrasonic transducer by dynamic parameter and processes operation based on collected feedback voltage and electricity and modifies uhrasonic power output power, to make resonant inductor and transducer reach a new dynamic matching resonance. Practice shows that self-adaption ultrasonic cleaner output power reached to 96.8% of rated power with a good clean effect.
