摘要
以 2个小麦品种 (系 )为材料 ,研究不同发芽状况及热处理对小麦种子活力的影响。结果表明 :随发芽程度加深 ,小麦种子活力依次降低。浅度发芽 (露白 )的种子活力与对照差别不大 ,可作种用。保持发芽小麦种子活力的热处理安全温度为 4 0℃ ,4 0℃热处理浅度发芽 (露白 )是保持发芽小麦种子活力的安全指标。就对芽麦种子活力伤害而言 。
Two common wheat varieties were selected to determine the vigor of germinated and thermo treated seed.The results showed that as the germination continues,the seed vigor droped gradually.Compared with ck,the vigor of emerge germinating seed showed no significant differences.The emerge germinating grain might be used as seed.The safe temperature of thermo treatment for keeping the vigor of germinated seed was 40℃,and the highest temperature for keeping the emerge germinating seed vigor was 40℃.As for the damage to the sprouting seed vigor high temperature and humidity treatment were much more dangerous than that of the time extension of germination.
