硫酸亚铁、乙酸和热水处理对木豆种子发芽的影响 被引量:2

摘要 FeSO4溶液、乙酸溶液、热水处理对祥林4号木豆种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数等发芽特性的影响研究结果表明,除0.2%FeSO4和90℃热水处理的发芽率低于对照外,其余处理都高于对照,以pH4.0的乙酸、0.2%Fe2SO4和70℃热水处理时种子发芽率最高,分别为43.34%、50.00%、47.34%。所有处理的发芽指数与发芽率呈正相关。除0.3%FeSO4之外,其他处理的发芽势都高于对照,pH为4.0的乙酸和0.2%FeSO4处理的发芽势最高,分别为31.33%和27.33%。而50℃和70℃热水处理的发芽势相同并高于90℃热水处理。 The germination rate, germination viability and germination index of Pigeonpea seeds,which were treated with ferrous sulfate solution, acetic acid solutiong and warm water were studied . The results indicated that the germination rate of all treatment were higher than control except for 0.2% FeSO4 and 90℃ warm water. Acetic acid of pH 4.0, 0.2% FeSO4 and 70℃ warm water were highest , 43.34%, 50.00% and 47.34% respectively. The germination index of all treatment were positive correlation with the germination rate. The germination viability were all higher than control except for that of 0.3% FeSO4.The germination viability of Acetic acid of pH 4.0 and 0.2% FeSO4 were highest, 31.33% and 27.33% respectively. The germination viability of 50℃ was near to that of 70℃ warm water. This conclusion can be applied to Pigeonpea production practice activities so as to increase seed productivity.
