摘要
针对塔里木东河油田某井套管补贴案例,利用Abaqus建立膨胀管机械式膨胀模型和液压式膨胀模型,对膨胀管的膨胀压力、缩短率、壁厚和通径等进行仿真,分析对比2种膨胀方式的各种参数.仿真结果与现场施工数据吻合较好.
As to a well casing subsidy case in the Donghe oilfield, the mechanical expansion model and the hydraulic expansion model are built for expansion pipe using Abaqus. The expansion pressure, shortening rate, wall thickness and size of the expansion pipe are simulated and the parameters of the two expansion ways are compared. The simulation results are consistent with the construction data well.
