摘要
以风信子‘BlueJacket’、‘JanBos’为试材,对水培现蕾后的风信子以10、20、50、100、200mg/L共5种质量浓度的水杨酸(SA)进行处理。结果表明:20mg/LSA对风信子花期、小花直径、叶长、叶面积的效果最佳,不同浓度SA处理对花葶高度、花葶直径、花序直径、叶宽、小花数、叶片数的影响不显著;20~50mg/L的SA可提高风信子盛花期的叶绿素相对含量、可溶性蛋白及可溶性糖含量,降低丙二醛含量,有效延缓风信子的衰老,改善其观赏品质。
The two varieties of Hyacinthus 'Blue Jacket' and 'Jan Bos' were used as materials and treated by 10,20, 50,100,200 mg/L SA solution when their flower buds appeared in water culture. The results were as follows :20 mg/L SA was the best concentration for florescence, floret diameter, leaf length and leaf area development. Different concen- trations of SA treatments had no significant effect on the scape height, scape diameter, inflorescence diameter, leaf width, floret number and leaf number. The treatment of 20 - 50 mg/L SA could improve the relative content of chloro- phyll, the content of soluble protein, and soluble sugar, but MDA content was reduced at full-bloom stage. The treatment could delay the flower implement aging effectively, improve the ornamental quality of hydroponics in Hyacinthus orientalis.
