千层塔形态与石杉碱甲含量的关系研究

摘要 以不同分叉和同一分叉不同高度的千层塔原植物为材料,采用超声波辅助提取后利用高效液相色谱法对不同类别千层塔中石杉碱甲含量进行快速测定。结果显示,石杉碱甲的含量表现为叶片>茎>根部;分叉越多、植株越高,石杉碱甲含量越高;三分叉以上、相对比较高的千层塔植株石杉碱甲含量较高,是野外千层塔原药材采收的最佳类型。 Using original plants of Httperzia serrata with different bifurcations and the same bifurcation but different heights as materials, the huperzine A was extracted by ultrasound - assisted extraction method and its content was rapidly detected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method. The results showed that the huperzine A content in leaves was higher than that in stems, and that in roots was the lowest. It increased with the increase of bifurcation number and plant height. H. serrata with more than 3 bifurcations and relatively higher plant height contained more huperzine A, and was the best type in the wild for harvesting as raw medical materials.
