摘要
从石杉科植物蛇足石杉中分得4个生物碱（Ⅰ～Ⅳ）．经光谱鉴定，分别为去-N-甲基-β-obscurine（Ⅰ），lycopodine（Ⅱ），lycodoline（Ⅲ）和6-α-羟基-lycopodine（Ⅳ）。其中碱Ⅰ和Ⅳ为首次从该植物中分得。
Four alkaloids were isolated from Huperzia serrata (Thunb. ) Trev., The structures of these alkaloids were identified as des-N-methyl-β-obscurine (Ⅰ),lycopodine (Ⅱ),lycodoline (Ⅲ),and 6-α-hydroxy-lycopodine (Ⅳ) by means of spectral analysis (UV, IR, NMR, MS ). Compounds Ⅰ and Ⅳ were isolated for the first time in the species.
