摘要
本文利用最新的对在杭州地区就业的新生代农民工的调查数据,研究了就业经济因素、就业保障因素、社会保障因素和社会文化因素对区域就业吸引力的决定效应,并以社会关系网络因素作为中间变量探究了各因素的作用机制。研究发现,就业经济因素、就业保障因素是影响区域就业吸引力的重要因素,但社会保障因素和社会文化因素的影响不显著。进一步分析发现,社会关系网络对区域就业吸引力有显著的直接影响,并具有部分中间效应。研究结论为提高区域对新生代农民工的就业吸引力提供了理论和实证支持。
Based on the latest survey data of new generation of rural migrant workers in Hangzhou,this paper analyzes on the decision effect of employment economic factors,employment security factors,social security factors and social culture factors on regional employment attraction, and considering social relation network factors as intermediate variable to explore the action mechanism of these factors. It shows that employment economic factors and employment security factors are important factors to affect regional employment attraction, but the effect of social security factors and social culture factors is not notable. By further analysis, social relation network factors have a notable direct effect, and some intermediate effect. The conclusion provide to improve the regional employment attraction of the new generation of rural migrant with theoretical and empirical support.
