摘要
目的分析宁夏产葫芦巴挥发油的化学成分。方法采用超声-索氏提取组合法得到葫芦巴中的挥发油,利用GCMS分析其化学成分。结果与结论共鉴定出26种化合物,其中胺类、酸类、醇类、酯类、酮类分别占挥发油含量的0.54%、0.18%、66.32%、12.13%、0.61%。可为宁夏产葫芦巴的开发利用提供理论依据。
OBJECTIVE To analyse the chemical components of Semen trigonellae growing in Ningxia. METHODS The volatile oil of Semen trigonellae was extracted by ultrasonic and soxhlet extraction. The voilatile compounds and their relative contents were analyzed by GC - MS. RESULTS and CONCLUSION 26 compounds were identified. Major volatile compounds were amine (0.54%), acids (0.18%), alcohol(66.32% ) ,ester( 12.13% )and ketone(0.61% ). The data could provide theoretical foundation for making further use of Semen trigonellae growing in Ningxia.
