摘要
目的 探讨 AIDP易感性与 HL A- A、B抗原分型的关联性。方法 对 31例 AIDP患者和 132例健康对照采用 PCR- SSP法进行 HL A- A、B抗原的基因分型。结果 HL A - A 33抗原频率在 AIDP组升高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,相对危险率 RR=6 .12 5。结论 HL A- A33抗原与 AIDP易感性相关联。
Objective To explore the association between susceptibility of AIDP and HLA A,B Antigen. Method HLA typing for A and B antigens was performed by PCR SSP on 31 patients with AIDP and 132 healthy cases as control group. Result The frequency of HLA A33 was increase in AIDP group (P<0.05). Conclusions HLA A33 antigen is associated with susceptibility of AIDP.
