摘要 目的比较金银花的花、叶、茎中绿原酸和木犀草苷的含量。方法采用2010年版中国药典一部收载的提取方法,采用HPLC法测定金银花的花、叶、茎中绿原酸和木犀草苷的含量。结果绿原酸在金银花的花、叶、茎中含量分别为1.55%、1.68%、0.71%;木犀草苷在金银花的花、叶、茎中含量分别为0.065%、0.200%、0.036%。结论金银花叶中所含绿原酸和木犀草苷高于花中的含量。因此资源丰富的金银花叶具有药用开发价值。 Objective To determine chlorogenic acid and luteoloside in Honeysuckle by HPLC. Methods The analysis was performed by HPLC in extract according to 2010 edition Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Results The content of chlorogenic acid in Honeysuckle flowers, leaves and stem were 1.55%, 1.68% and 0.71%. The luteoloside were 0.065%, 0.200% and 0.036%. Conclusion The content of chlorogenie acid and luteoloside in leaves were more than flowers. So honeysuckle leaves had medicinal value for deep development.
