摘要
从山东济宁产的金银花中分得6个化合物，经理化常数测定和光谱分析，分别鉴定为corvmbosin（Ⅰ），5-羟基-3′，4′，7-三甲氧基黄酮（Ⅱ），palmiticacid（Ⅲ），myristicacid（Ⅳ），β-sitosterol（Ⅴ），蔗糖（Ⅵ）。其中Ⅰ和Ⅱ为首次从金银花中分得。
Six compounds were isolated from LOnicera japonica collected in Jinnin,Shandong Province. On the basisof chemical evidences and spectral analysis, they were elucidated as corymbosin (Ⅰ), 5-hydroxyl-3′, 4′, 7-trimethoxy flavone(Ⅱ),palmitic acid (Ⅲ),myristic acid(Ⅳ),β-sitosterol (Ⅴ)and sucrose(Ⅵ). Ⅰ and Ⅱ were isolated for the first time from this plant.
