摘要 目的 探讨肝细胞肝癌中与肿瘤转移相关的血管内皮生长因子 (vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF) ,nm2 3- H1表达上的关系 .方法 用免疫组化及图像分析的方法研究了 45例肝癌石蜡标本切片的 VEGF,nm 2 3- H1的表达 ,进而探讨了 VEGF的表达与 nm2 3- H1之间的关系 .结果  VEGF及 nm2 3- H1与肝癌的转移均显著相关 ,而二者之间无相关性 .结论  VEGF和 nm2 3- H1均与肝癌的转移相关 ,但二者可能是通过各自独立的途径发挥作用的 . AIM To investigate the relationship between the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and nm23 H1 in hepatocellular carcinoma, both of which were related to the metastasis of the tumor. METHODS With immunohistochemistry and image analysis, 45 cases of praffin embeded slides with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) were investigated for the relationship between the expressions of VEGF and nm23 H1. RESULTS Both VEGF and nm23 H1 were significantly related to the metastasis of HCC, but no connection was found between themselves. CONCLUSION VEGF and nm23 H1 may act on the metastasis of HCC in independent ways.
