摘要
目的:报告1例胰腺黏液表皮样癌,复习相关文献,并探讨胰腺黏液表皮样癌的临床病理学特征。方法:对我院收治的1例胰腺黏液表皮样癌的常规病理检查和免疫组织化学检查结果进行分析,并复习相关文献中报道的病例。结果:该例胰腺黏液表皮样癌临床表现无特征性,镜下肿瘤细胞主要排列成巢状和腺管状结构,典型的巢状区域主要由三种细胞组成,即表皮样细胞、中间细胞和黏液细胞。结论:胰腺黏液表皮样癌较少见,临床症状无特征性,易误诊为胰腺腺癌;根据其组织学改变和免疫组化染色结果,可与其他肿瘤鉴别;由于罕见性,其发病机制目前尚不清,需进一步研究。
Objective：To report a case of mucoepidermoid carcinoma in the pancreas and investigate the clinicopathologic characteristics of neo-plasm with literature review.Methods：One case of mucoepidermoid carci-noma originated in the pancreas was retrospectively analyzed regarding the findings by routine pathologitc examination and immunohistochemical stains as well as reviewing the previous related documents .Results：Clini-cal manifestations were free in this case .Electron microscopic findings suggested that tumor cells were arranged in nests and gland tubular struc-ture.Histologically and characteristically, the nested region consisted of epidermoid cells, intermediate cells and mucin-containing cells. Conclusion：Mucoepidermoid carcinoma in the pancreas is a rare entity and prone to misdiagnosis as pancrea tumor due to its blank clinical pic-ture,yet it can be differentiated from other neoplasms on histopathologic and immunohistochemical findings basis .The pathogenesis remains un-clear and further study as a result of the rarity of this tumor .
