摘要
目的论(Skopostheorie)是德国功能翻译学派的主导理论。作为"信息型文本"中最具代表性的一种,科技文本翻译的要旨是信息准确忠实。由于语言之间的差异,科技文本的译文要满足信息准确的标准,就不能拘泥于原文的句式结构和表达方式。基于此,从目的论出发,阐释了翻译科技文本的优势,以及以目的论为指导进行科技文本翻译所采用的翻译策略和翻译技巧,以期促进科技文本翻译质量的提高。
Skopos theory is the dominant theory of German functional translation school. Sci-tech text is the most representative in ＂Informative Text＂, so the essence of its translation is being faithful and accurate. As there are differences between languages, in order to meet the standard of accuracy, the translation of sci-tech text will not be able to stick to the original sentence structures and ways of expression. This paper explains the advantages of translation sci-teeh text from the perspective of skopos theory and also talks about translation strategies and skills of translating the sci-tech text under the guidance of skopes theory in order to promote the translation quality of the sci-tech text.
